Your computer is exposed to viruses? program erased accidentally? computer suddenly hangs after you install something? If you use Deep Freeze, those problems will be prevented.

To use Deep Freeze, your computer should be divided into at least 2 partition. First is partition “master”, for computer systems installation such as Windows OS. The second is partition “secondary” for data, installer and backup. There are some users who use this software, divided their partition to 3 – 4 data / installer / backup. My suggestion, you can do so if your computer have a big memory and fast access hard disk (at least SATA) because the computer system will be slow, especially when loading.

For Deep Freeze you will use your system partition or partitions “master” because this partition is the most often attacked by viruses or having problems with the OS when startup. For partition “secondary” no need to install Deep Freeze, because you do not want to lose your data or back to original position (before changes occurs) when you restart your computer. If your computer is single partition (there is only “C”, no “D”, where “D” is not CD / DVD-ROM or RW), you should not use this software unless you want to change it into 2 partitions using software such as Partition Magic.

One thing is more important, for the password, never forget your password because it will result in fatal. If you forgotten your Deep Freeze password, you will unable to change Deep Freeze setting, and even unable to uninstall it. If you come to this problem, there is software called XDeepFreeze can overcome this problem, but sometimes this can damage your OS.

Deep Freeze is suitable for a computer that is usually run routine software, changes are rarely:

1. Public computer, which can be accessed by people, such as computers in schools, libraries, banks, government offices and public services.
2. Computers used for rental, such as Internet cyber cafe and game center.
3. Home or office computer that used for work, which is often access to the Internet and install a program only for testing, after that it will uninstalled again.
4. Computer that are often exposed by viruses, that the owner do not want to take a headache to install or format Windows every time.
5. Computer server that are used to access the Internet
