You can re-install Windows to the new folder or format hard drive if repair Windows is failed.
3. Make sure you didn’t change the BIOS settings before. if you changed it, return it as first, or if you forgot select option ‘Loading BIOS default’.
4. If all above steps fail, there is the possibility of damage to your hardware. Damage is generally located on the memory and hard disk. VGA and mainboard may be damaged, but the probability is very small.

Note: The VGA card driver’s damage can also cause this problem. You have to startup in ’safe mode’ then uninstall the damaged VGA driver first, and re-install the correct VGA driver when able to enter Windows normally.

• When scanning, you should not run other programs, especially the heavy one. Also make sure to turn off the screensaver if you want to leave your computer.

• Check your Virus Vault (Virus quarantine). If have too much content, remove the real virus or files that is not used again. If many files are the same size, possibily it is a virus, so just remove it or leave one.
• Activate Report facility, and save its report in a folder that is easily searchable.

7. If you wish to download file from server, type the comand with format: recv filename.jpg or get filename.jpg for example, get public_html/wp/sidebar.php
8. To quit FTP connection, type disconnect or close. You can also to directly terminate the session and exit FTP by quit or bye command.
